**Job Title:**

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Construction Advisory and Disputes team in Perth. You will have the opportunity to advise on major construction, engineering, energy and resource projects across Australia and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Advise clients on issues arising from live projects as well as formal dispute resolution including arbitration, court, mediation and adjudication.
  • Lead matters with a high level of responsibility and autonomy.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified lawyer with at least five years experience (in-house or private practice).
  • Demonstrated expertise in construction law and dispute resolution.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure or within tight timeframes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
