Role Responsibilities:
Site based role, assisting our HSEQ Manager, roaming between sites in the Perth CBD / Metropolitan area
Client and workforce liaison, to maintain communications relating to any incidents and alerts
Delivery of site based pre-starts, communicating safety topics and alerts as needed
Maintain Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) process for site
Provide training on HSEQ systems and processes as needed
Oversee Training Needs Analysis for projects inclusive of TNA and TRA
Attend investigations with Management into all HSEQ incidents in conjunction with the HSEQ Manager
Guide and Assist Project Management team on WHS obligations and requirements as stipulated under relevant legislation
Implement and monitor HSEQ Inspections in conjunction with the HSEQ Manager
Ensure site/working conditions for workers comply with company Enterprise Bargaining Agreement
Ensure personnel are educated in the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), providing training where needed
Maintain all HSEQ documentation including but not limited to; risk assessments, COVID management plans, investigation forms, incident/injury report forms, hazard report forms
Provide HSEQ support including; data entry, recording, filing, ensuring sensitive documents are stored securely

To be considered for the role you must have the following:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Safety role
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety(or equivalent)
Ability to work within a fast paced, high pressure environment
Advanced with Microsoft 365 systems, predominantly, Excel, Word, Sharepoint and Outlook
Experience with Hammertech (preferred)
Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
Extensive knowledge and commitment to HSEQ responsibilities
