We are currently seeking a skilled construction professional to advise on major projects across Australia and beyond.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice to clients on issues arising from live projects
  • Engaging in formal dispute resolution processes, including arbitration, court proceedings, mediation and adjudication
  • Liaising with clients and various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Making significant contributions to business development activities and proposals

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction law and dispute resolution, as well as excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
