Salary Packaging Administrator

This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate administration of salary packaging functions for customers. The incumbent will maintain a high level of customer service, building open and transparent relationships with customers' stakeholders and employees, while adding value at all interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and modify benefits in line with legislative requirements.
- Formulate the reconciliation of all general ledger accounts for Salary Packaging Employee Benefits in line with the legislative requirements.
- Prepare, reconcile, and audit all transactions, ensuring accurate payments and tax accounting.
- Contribute to a great customer experience through positive interactions and maintain external customers' accounts in SAP.
- Ensure customers are consistently educated on up-to-date knowledge, including tax and legislative changes impacting the salary packaging industry.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of accounting and tax principles relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Effective communicator with strong technical and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of salary packaging arrangements and its benefits to employees and employers.
