Marketing Campaigns Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

This role is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and evaluating marketing efforts in the APAC region. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Driving relevance, reach, engagement, and audience growth against key performance indicators
  2. Planning, briefing, project managing, and delivering marketing campaigns
  3. Managing integration of owned, earned, and paid marketing activities
  4. Planning and implementing paid media campaigns
  5. Developing campaign messaging and overseeing marketing projects with diverse stakeholders
  6. Collaborating on strategic partnerships and supporting fundraising initiatives
  7. Acting as a local brand champion and producing assets in Canva
  8. Managing campaign reporting and tracking performance against key performance indicators

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years in marketing roles, preferably in agency or brand environments
  • Resourceful critical thinking and strong prioritization skills
  • Creative and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Understanding of content types and marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills and briefing abilities
  • Self-organized, detail-oriented, and timely task delivery
  • Outcome-focused mindset

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
  • Interest in market trends and external landscape
  • Experience in partnerships, impact, or fundraising marketing
