Unlock Your Digital Marketing Potential

The purpose of this position is to create, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and deploying multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS) using Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Email Studio.
- Executing high-volume email sends (700k+ recipients) and audience segmentation using filters and data extensions.
- A/B testing, QA processes (Litmus/Email on Acid), and performance optimisation based on KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions).
- Designing and coding responsive, accessible email templates and landing pages using WYSIWYG along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Implementing dynamic content, personalization and logic using AMPScript.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Extensive experience (5 years+) in delivering digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including design, build and deployment of multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience working within a marketing team to improve and optimise the digital marketing service offer and product to customers.
You will need to have a demonstrated understanding of and ability to apply CAN-SPAM, GDPR and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1). Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This is a contract role for an initial 12-month term, operating on a hybrid basis, three days per week on-site with the possibility of being based in Melbourne, AU.
