About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Member Support Consultant. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to sales growth through proactive sales promotions and referral campaigns
- Generating high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service and achieving successful outcomes for enquiries
- Achieving member retention and growth goals by inspiring members to achieve their fitness goals
As a Member Support Consultant, you will work closely with existing members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life and help them achieve their goals
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others
- Tenacity and a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused approach with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
