Technology Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our Cloud Infrastructure Services & Modern Work practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of technology risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and Mitigate Risks: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technology implementation and post-implementation phases, ensuring alignment with governance methodologies and frameworks.
- Develop and Implement Risk Management Strategies: Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure effective risk reporting and monitoring, and intervene as necessary to address identified risks.
- Provide Independent Oversight: Provide independent oversight and challenge the effectiveness of risks and controls during pre- and post-implementation phases.
- Advise on Risk Management: Advise projects and programs on how to identify, monitor, measure, and manage existing and emerging risks.
- Technology Risk Management: Provide expertise in technology risk management, including risk and controls management within the technology space.
Our Cloud Infrastructure Services & Modern Work practice brings together the right technology, processes, and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients. We provide cloud-focused client advisory and delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, service desk, and cloud service management/delivery.
Requirements- Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk, compliance, assurance, and regulatory areas.
- Professional Consulting Experience: Preferred candidate with professional consulting experience in risk management, ideally with a Big4 or similar large consulting firm.
- Good Understanding of Technology Risk and Compliance Frameworks: Good understanding of technology risk and compliance frameworks is preferred.
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Good communication and presentation skills with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Ability to Prioritize and Manage Multiple Work Streams: Ability to plan and prioritize to manage multiple work streams/tasks simultaneously.
- Certifications: Certifications like CISA, CRISC, and PRINCE2/Agile will be preferred.
