Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our critical infrastructure and ensuring the effective operation of our technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Support:
    • Manage and support customer, digital, and integration platforms.
    • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by triaging tickets, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the security team to uphold IT security policies.
  • Infrastructure Management:
    • Support and manage iSelect's infrastructure to maintain business stability.
    • Provide escalation support (level 2- 3) to desktop support teams and assist with configuration management and back services.
    • Resolve incident problem tickets both independently and with other technology teams.
  • Apple MacBook Support:
    • Responsible for the roll out and support of Apple MacBook and provide technical expertise across both hardware and software.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in enterprise infrastructure support.
  • Level 2 / Level 3 escalated technical and infrastructure support.
  • Apple Mac experience - essential.
  • Experience Managing hardware components such as physical and virtual servers (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and on-prem VMware hybrid infrastructure platforms).
  • Deployment and maintenance of end user technology using Intune & JAMF (bonus) configuration management suites.
  • Administration and management of On-Prem Active Directory, Office365 / Messaging & Azure environment.
  • TIL Foundation certificate - preferred.
  • Network fundamentals such as CCNA/P or equivalent.
  • Experience managing multiple vendors.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A good understanding of troubleshooting techniques and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
