Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Risk Lead to join our team at HESTA Super Fund. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of technology-related risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technology risk management frameworks and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to the technology team on risk assessment, incident management, and data governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate technology-related risks, and develop strategies to improve risk awareness and culture.
  • Lead and coordinate regular assessments to identify and uplift compliance practices, and coordinate internal/external audit requirements.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced risk and governance professional with a passion for technology and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management practices, and experience working in a similar role in the financial services industry.
