The Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 is responsible for providing expert clinical advice to young people, carers, and other healthcare professionals within the Child Adolescent Youth Mental Health Service.

This senior nursing position involves leading research-based clinical practice, education, and professional leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing evidence-based clinical practices and policies.
  • Fostering excellence in clinical practice through collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to improve patient outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA registration.
  • At least five years of post-registration experience, with a minimum three years in the specialty field and relevant postgraduate qualifications.
  • A valid NSW driver's license.
