Job Title: Senior Clinician - Allied Health Team Lead

About this opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled allied health professional to lead our team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, psychologists, and allied health assistants.

The successful applicant will provide strategic leadership, guidance, support, and expert advice to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Current registration as a recognised Allied Health professional with AHPRA
  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a senior clinician in the area of Allied Health
  • Prior management or team leader experience in a health or community-care setting
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
  • Well-developed written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and performance improvement
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
