About Our Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Team Lead to join our multidisciplinary team of clinicians. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on leadership responsibilities, develop their skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.

The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of 7-8 clinicians, with approximately 50% leadership responsibilities and 50% clinical caseload. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to translate strategic priorities into meaningful actions for the team.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in allied health, current AHPRA registration, and a current driver's license. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 7-8 clinicians, providing guidance, motivation, and support
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain open and effective communication with the team, stakeholders, and clients
  • Make informed decisions, taking into account the needs of the team and clients
