Project Commercial Specialist

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, providing commercial advice and contract management services.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives
- Provide expert commercial advice on tenders, contracts and subcontracts
- Manage project outcomes through program management, cost management and reporting
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Tertiary qualification in commerce, business, law or a related discipline
- Minimum of five years' experience in the construction industry, preferably in the utilities sector
- Meticulous and tenacious approach to work, with the ability to tackle obstacles positively and determinedly
- High level of verbal and written communication skills, with liaison with various stakeholders including external clients, suppliers, contractors and peers
- Proven ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure with minimal supervision
