Project Manager: Commercial Operations

A Senior Contract Specialist is required to join the high-performing commercial team for a landmark project.
- Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end contract management and administration
- Cost reporting, forecasting, and variations management
- Subcontractor procurement and package administration
- Client liaison and stakeholder management
- Support monthly commercial reporting and project audits
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- 10+ years' experience in contract administration, preferably in civil infrastructure
- Experience working on projects over $50M with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of working within collaborative delivery models (e.g., alliances, D&C)
- Be part of a landmark water infrastructure project
