Job Opportunity:
Sous Chef PositionWe are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team and contribute to the success of our hotel or restaurant.
- Liaise with the Head Chef to ensure seamless execution of daily kitchen operations and long-term success across multiple outlets.
- Collaborate in menu implementation, optimize kitchen efficiency, and manage cost control measures.
- Develop and lead kitchen teams, providing coaching and performance feedback to enhance productivity.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel setting.
About You:
- Hold relevant culinary trade qualifications and experience in a Sous Chef or Head Chef role within a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in kitchen operations, team leadership, and cost control, with a background in both hotel food production and a la carte service.
- Pre-opening or rebranding experience is highly regarded, with opportunities for career advancement.
