Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager

Seek a challenging opportunity as a Senior Culinary Operations Manager at our Darwin Airport facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Unit Head in delivering the Production Plan and provide operational guidance to a team of Chefs and Catering Attendants.
- Oversee daily and weekly planning of food preparation, shift allocation, and rostering.
- Develop cost-efficient strategies while championing Safety and Quality throughout the kitchen.
- Manage menu specifications on behalf of Airline partners.
- Monitor flight schedule forecasts and any changes to the weekly production plan.
- Trade qualified (Cert III) with experience as Senior Sous or higher.
- Exposure to large or bulk catering facilities in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Previous Airline Catering experience preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated expertise in Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles an advantage.
