Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all work areas.">
  • Adhere to stock rotation procedures, ensuring freshness and reducing waste.">
  • Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure timely service.">
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues to the Executive Chef.">
  • Receive, unpack, and store deliveries in line with food safety standards.">
  • Follow food safety protocols, ensuring all food handling meets legal requirements.">
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and ordering.">
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.">
  • Participate in kitchen briefings and contribute to continuous operational improvements.">
