We are expanding our team to support individuals with disabilities in the Penrith and surrounding areas.

Job Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify participants' strengths and limitations.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each participant's needs.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide recommendations on environmental adaptations and Assistive Technology.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work independently and think critically.
