**About the Role**

In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centered support to clients with **complex care**, **complex behaviors, Autism, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), mental health conditions** to name few. You’ll work closely with individuals **in their** **own homes** to enhance their independence, quality of life, and community participation.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication support
- Assisting with bowel care, stoma care, PEG feeding & urinary catheter support
- Providing transportation for appointments, shopping, and social activities
- Implementing positive behavior support strategies to manage complex behaviors
- Supporting clients in achieving their NDIS goals, promoting inclusion and empowerment

**We are seeking experienced professionals who**:

- Have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in disability support, specifically working with complex and challenging behaviors
- Hold a Certificate IV in Disability Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (preferred)
- Have a background in mental health, intellectual disabilities, and high-support needs
- Are trained in restrictive practices, positive behavior support (PBS), and trauma-informed care
- Possess excellent communication and de-escalation skills
- Hold a current **Australian driver’s** license and have access to your own **reliable vehicle**
