Job Description

Serve as a key member of our front office team, overseeing daily operations and leading colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the guest's stay.

  • Supervise arrivals, departures, and guest enquiries, maintaining seamless communication with colleagues and guests alike.
  • Ensure timely and courteous handling of reservations, room assignments, billing, and guest accounts, adhering to strict cash/credit procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this position, we seek a highly organized and service-oriented individual with:

  • 1–2 years of front office or guest service experience; previous supervisory experience highly regarded.
  • Proficient computer and system skills, preferably with Opera Cloud or similar.
  • Excellent communication and multicultural awareness, enabling effective collaboration with diverse colleagues and guests.
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day roster, with strong personal integrity and demonstrated initiative.
