An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration & Reception Worker to join the Health Independence Programs (HIP) team at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne.
This varied role includes reception duties, patient administration system data entry, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and supporting clinicians in a challenging and rewarding work environment.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HIP team, including reception duties and patient administration system data entry.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Order supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Support clinicians in their daily tasks and duties.
- Experience working in a reception setting and with a broad range of administrative duties.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
