The Home Support Officer is a vital role in our community, serving as the primary point of contact for residents, their families, and other stakeholders. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to coordinate administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing home rosters and roster allocations to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the home, ensuring activities are clear and timely to support consumer care.
- Verify that rostering allocations comply with relevant award provisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and utilize contemporary IT applications and platforms.
- Relevant experience in an administrative role or equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize workload and work effectively in a team.
- Previous experience in aged/health care is highly valued.
