Roster Clerk Role

You'll be part of a team empowering and supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people we serve.

As Roster Clerk, you are responsible for delivering rostering and administrative functions for aged care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and publishing of fortnightly rosters.
  • Timely submission of pay period to payroll.
  • Assist with maintaining a master roster.
  • Coordinate staff replacement and management of unplanned leave.
  • Distribute the fortnightly roster in required timeframes.
  • General administrative duties as requested.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience with rostering staff in shift-based work.
  • Experience using rostering systems and software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
  • Competent with computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent numeracy skills.
