To ensure your success, you will have:Essential CriteriaCurrent AHPRA RegistrationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrate a customer focused mindsetAbility to work as part of a multi-disciplinary teamDedication to positive patient experience and outcomesGraduate Certificate in area of specialtyHighly developed clinical and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in an Infection Control Coordinator roleDesirable criteriaProof of COVID-19 Vaccination status5 Years post graduate experiencePrevious experience in a Management and or leadership roleWho We AreCentrally located between the shops and cafes of The Junction, and the rolling waves of Merewether Beach, Lingard is Newcastle's largest private hospital and offers the community access to the best surgical care in the region.Spanning two sites Lingard offers 14 theatres, 2 endoscopy suites, cardiac catheterisation lab, ICU, 2 surgical wards, cardiac ward, rehabilitation ward and dedicated day surgery centre.
