Job Description:
The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that all training programs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
Your primary responsibility will be to review and monitor training delivery to ensure it aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
You will also be responsible for acquiring and maintaining knowledge of workflows within Operational Support Services to support the development of training packages.
In addition, you will conduct training needs/gap analysis to identify opportunities for training and development, plan, develop and coordinate a range of learning opportunities, and evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery and programs through building qualitative and quantitative performance indicators.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will require:
- Previous experience as a Training Coordinator in a healthcare setting
- A Certificate in Workplace Training
- Evidence of vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
- Tuberculosis screening
