About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning Resource Specialist to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in developing engaging and contemporary learning resources and materials for various audiences with different skill levels.

The successful candidate will develop training programs and learning resources that utilise a variety of delivery methods, such as online, face-to-face, and virtual, to cater to diverse adult learning styles.

Main Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop a robust evaluation framework for learning programs, including on-the-job evaluation, and use learner feedback to improve the quality of delivery and customer outcomes.">
  • Provide feedback to line managers on any concerns about staff participation.">
  • Create training resources that are accessible, version-controlled, and available for the team.">
  • Schedule and coordinate session requirements, including enrolment administration, training resources, venues, accommodation, and travel.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • At least two years of experience in a Learning and Development role.">
  • Demonstrated competence in facilitating group and individual learning.">
  • Certificate IV in TAE.">
  • Sound knowledge of adult learning principles.">
  • Tertiary education in a relevant field of study.">
  • Experience working in the disability sector.">
