Lead Educator Position

We are seeking a Lead Educator to join our team in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in fostering meaningful connections with children, families and community.

Rise Early Learning is a privately-owned and operated Early Childhood Education and Care service catering for children from birth to six years. We pride ourselves on creating a service that offers spaces for children, families and educators to develop trusting relationships and foster a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build positive relationships with early childhood professionals, families, children and wider community
  2. Implement contemporary evidence-informed pedagogy
  3. Be relentless in pursuit of excellence for children
  4. Passionate and dedicated professional who enjoys educational programs for young children designed for early childhood education and care
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An ACECQA approved minimum Certificate III, or Diploma of Children's Services or working towards
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
  • 3 years working as a room Leader / Lead Educator
  • Valid Working with Children's Check
  • Passion for children and early childhood education
