About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Services Manager to join our team at Consolidated Power Projects. As a leader in high-voltage power solutions, we deliver end-to-end services on projects from design to construction, contributing to a cleaner energy future for Australia.

This is a hands-on role where you will elevate our project management practices by implementing consistency across key areas of the business, including project controls, estimating, planning and scheduling, cost control, resource planning, and enterprise risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project controls and services strategies to drive business growth and excellence
  • Lead enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives and project management systems implementations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-voltage infrastructure projects
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams to ensure project success

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 10+ years' experience with major projects, preferably in a design and construct environment
  • Broad experience across project controls and services, such as estimating, planning and scheduling, cost control, resource planning, earned value management, and enterprise risk management
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of change management principles
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives and project management systems implementations
  • Experience in the areas of Training and Development, Project Governance and Assurance, Benchmarking, and Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 or OPC, InEight, Teambinder, Hard Dollar, and Power BI systems
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering will be highly regarded
