About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Integrated Project Services. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project directors, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
  • Monitor and report project progress, including financial performance, schedule, and quality metrics.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • 7+ years of experience in a project management role, including experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of cGMPs and their application in process design and equipment specification.
  • Experience with vendor management, CM management, and client management.
