Job Title: Project Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator Specialist to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from conception to completion.

    • Familiarity with construction management software packages is necessary.
    • The selected candidate must be able to plan and see the big picture, while also possessing leadership and human resources management skills.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversight and direction of construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
    • Reviewing project schedules and estimating costs in-depth.
    • Monitoring compliance with building and safety regulations on-site and off-site.
    • Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
    • Selecting tools, materials, and equipment, and tracking inventory.
    • Meeting contractual conditions of performance.
    • Daily review of work progress.
    • Preparation of internal and external reports on job status.
    • Planning ahead to prevent problems and resolving emerging ones.
    • Negotiating terms of agreements, drafting contracts, and obtaining permits and licenses.
    • Analyzing, managing, and mitigating risks.
    • Ensuring quality construction standards and proper construction techniques.
    Requirements and Skills:
    • Proven working experience in project management.
    • Advanced knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
    • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
    • Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
    • Familiarity with project management software packages.
    • Ability to plan and see the big picture.
    • Competent in conflict and crisis management.
    • Leadership and human resources management skills.
    • Excellent time and project management skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
