Key Responsibilities:- Counsel clients on coping strategies and provide emotional support
- Develop personalized recovery plans in collaboration with clients
- Facilitate group sessions and workshops on addiction-related topics
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and interventions
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in addiction services or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Degree qualification in counseling or a related field
- Experience working with diverse populations, including youth and marginalized groups
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities
