We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Sydney. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be instrumental in the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure projects for critical facilities across Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in project management or technical design, ideally within infrastructure or critical facilities.

You will work closely with our design, construction, and project delivery teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of technically complex projects. Your strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills will enable you to effectively manage project risks and resolve technical issues as they arise.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to make a real impact on critical infrastructure projects in Sydney.

  • Coordinate and manage engineering aspects of infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plans.
  • Monitor project milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical issues as they arise.
