We're seeking a highly motivated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team at the Mattara Hotel NSW.

In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the Venue Manager in successfully operating a large business. You'll have the opportunity to grow the business through your own initiatives and implement venue operations on a day-to-day basis by leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Venue Manager in achieving financial and business targets
  • Develop and manage a large multi-skilled team
  • Implement effective operational processes to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role, preferably working across food, bars, and gaming
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to lead, develop, and manage a large team
  • Operational experience to effectively assist the Venue Manager in achieving financial and business targets
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with our venues' visions and goals
  • Must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
