Health, Safety and Environmental Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Professional to lead safety initiatives across high-profile projects.
About the Role:This position requires a proactive leader who thrives on collaboration and wants to drive impactful health and safety outcomes.
Develop, implement and continually improve HSE systems, policies and procedures to foster a safe, compliant and sustainable work environment.
Provide expert advice and support to project teams throughout various project phases.
Lead safety training, site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company objectives.
Manage incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions in accordance with established protocols.
Represent our organization at industry forums and regulatory audits.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental management.
Possess tertiary qualifications in Health, Safety and Environment or a related field.
Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in HSE management within the construction industry.
Hold strong knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice and industry standards.
Demonstrate proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Be a proactive individual capable of influencing positive health and safety behaviors.
