Senior Health Safety Environmental Specialist

This is a senior-level role responsible for driving health, safety, security and environmental performance through targeted training capability development and internal communications initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the identification addressing of training competency needs across the organisation.
- Design implement end-to-end HSSE training programs communication strategies that promote a culture of safety continuous improvement.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HSSE training communications offering strategic direction operational support.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a HSSE training capability development role.
- Demonstrated expertise designing delivering managing large-scale training programs with a focus on compliance risk mitigation.
- Tertiary qualifications in training development occupational health safety communications or related discipline.
- Certificate IV in Training Assessment – essential.
This position plays a critical part in ensuring our workforce is well-informed equipped to operate safely effectively.
Key Deliverables- Developed comprehensive training programs communicating key messages promoting organisational compliance.
- Delivered impactful presentations training sessions engaging stakeholders improving knowledge retention.
- Provided expert advice guidance supporting business leaders making informed decisions.
