Salesforce Solution Architect - Healthcare Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team and work on complex healthcare transformations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and delivering scalable, secure solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Health Cloud programs from discovery to design and governance
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate clinical/operational needs into scalable, secure solutions
  • Define data models, integration patterns, and best practices across multi-cloud Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience)
  • Provide architectural governance and mentor consultants, developers, and fellow architects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with at least one end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud implementation
  • Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect
  • Strong integration background (APIs/middleware) and deep understanding of healthcare operations, data models, and compliance
  • Experience across multi-cloud Salesforce environments integrated with Health Cloud; excellent stakeholder management
  • Bonus: experience with Australian healthcare providers and large-scale digital transformation
