Job Title: Architect of Scalable AI and Data Solutions

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI and data solutions. As the head of technology, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing high-performance solutions that drive business value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading domain-specific squads comprising software engineers, data engineers, ML engineers, data scientists, and UX designers.
  • Ensuring measurable business outcomes from AI and data engineering efforts, aligning with corporate goals.
  • Integrating AI solutions seamlessly into domain-specific applications and systems for efficient deployment.
  • Establishing best practices for software development, data engineering, and AI/ML model development.
  • Implementing and optimizing automation for rapid and reliable deployments.
  • Ensuring AI and data solutions comply with security and compliance requirements.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in AI/ML engineering with a clear progression into management roles.
  • Expertise in software engineering with app development background.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, MLOps practices, and delivering under Agile methodology.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Knowledge of data engineering tools and technologies (Spark, Kafka, databases).
