Cloud Solutions Architect

Architect patient-centric, compliant Health Cloud solutions that drive meaningful outcomes. Design and deliver Salesforce Health Cloud architectures to streamline provider workflows, integrate with major EMR/EHR platforms, and align to Australian privacy and international healthcare standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Health Cloud programs from discovery to design and governance.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate clinical/operational needs into scalable, secure solutions.
  • Define data models, integration patterns, and best practices across multi-cloud Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience).
  • Provide architectural governance and mentor consultants, developers, and fellow architects.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect including at least one end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud implementation.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.
  • Strong integration background (APIs/middleware) and deep understanding of healthcare operations, data models, and compliance.
  • Experience across multi-cloud Salesforce environments integrated with Health Cloud; excellent stakeholder management.
