Job Title: Case Management Officer

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to join our client, a community-focused federal government agency.

The successful candidate will work in the ART Case Management Branch, undertaking end-to-end case management activities and resolving matters through effective case management of AAT applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Undertake case management of complex AAT matters and develop options for early resolution.
  • Obtain necessary information and advice to effectively resolve AAT matters.
  • Apply alternate dispute resolution methods and advocacy skills to resolving applications/reviews, in keeping with model litigant principles.
  • Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings conducted by the AAT.
About You:
  • You possess high organisational/administrative abilities and are methodical and process-driven.
  • You have an inquisitive and problem-solving approach and can produce work in a deadline-driven environment.
