Job Title:

Conflict Resolution Specialist

This role involves supporting a high-performance culture and acting as a senior specialist in managing high-risk issues such as workplace investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies and restructures, some senior performance issues, and other employee relations matters.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organisation, possess employee relations case management experience, knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements, and be up to date with any relevant employee relations amendments and emerging matters.

The Conflict Resolution Specialist will work on projects that align with Talent priorities, partner with wider teams, coach and mentor Employee Relations Advisors, and maintain work-life balance through hybrid working arrangements.

  • Ability to influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organisation

  • Up to date with any relevant employee relations amendments and emerging matters including, but not limited to case law, legislation and award changes
  • Demonstrated ability to provide practical and effective solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to influence business leaders and manage diverse stakeholder groups
