Job Opportunity

This senior business operations role is a critical position, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of a new consumer mobile app.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and managing support and community functions, as well as understanding consumer subscription apps and how to maintain their performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the support function to ensure every customer feels heard and valued.
  • Create a community space where users can connect, share, and engage with each other.
  • Manage subscriptions, App Store, and RevenueCat/Stripe to ensure clean and reliable pricing, refunds, promotions, and flows.
  • Design and execute onboarding, email, and push campaigns to activate and retain users.
  • Lead the weekly review, including KPIs, team meetings, launch checklists, and postmortems.
  • Help hire and coach future team members as the company grows.
Requirements:
  • Experience in creating order out of chaos and scaling support or community functions.
  • Understanding of consumer subscription apps and how to maintain their performance.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and thrive on rhythm and consistency.
  • Collaboration skills with fast-moving teams while maintaining operations tight.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to move faster.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in consumer apps in wellness, productivity, or education (e.g. Calm, Headspace, Strava).
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Braze/Customer.io, Amplitude, Stripe, Discord.
  • Basic analytics skills (SQL or dashboards) to guide decisions.
  • A proven track record of building something from zero and turning it into a durable system.
