Key Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are met and building strong relationships.
Daily Activities:
- Conducting face-to-face client visits to understand their needs and build rapport.
- Assisting with client queries regarding our products and services.
- Providing comprehensive training and support to clients.
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a face-to-face client service or customer retention role.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of business development principles and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
