Associate Director, Institutional Property Role

As a key member of the Institutional Property Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving high customer satisfaction and disciplined revenue growth.

The position involves managing a diverse client portfolio across different sub-segments of the property market in QLD, with varying banking needs and styles. You will build trusting relationships with business owners and executives of clients in your portfolio and new-to-bank targets.

Key responsibilities include establishing and executing engagement & revenue growth strategies for clients in your portfolio, understanding their strategic initiatives and pipelines, and catering product sales to meet their needs.

You will also drive the execution of transactions within risk appetite and in an efficient manner, meeting client timeframes, while hands-on structuring and negotiating complex structured property finance deals.

A strong team leadership skills will be a firm requirement for this role, along with proven performance and broad Relationship Management experience preferred with a focus on the corporate / Insto market.
