The primary function of this role is to oversee a portfolio of clients, identifying and addressing their risk management and insurance requirements.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Servicing clients by preparing relevant documentation and assisting with claims management.
  • Managing client databases and liaising with underwriters.

**Role Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare client documents, invoices, and premium funding quotes in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate accuracy of prepared documentation and obtain approval prior to distribution.
  • Support senior professionals in managing large-scale insurance programs for clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external), representing the organization professionally.
  • Maintain comprehensive client data on organizational systems, facilities, and databases.
  • Compare renewal terms with previous years and advise brokers of any changes.
  • Collaborate with offshore support teams to ensure preparation and delivery of documentation.
  • Liaise with operational teams on issues and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Respond to client claims inquiries and provide advice on the claims process.
  • Manage workflow and diary systems, ensuring timely settlement of claims.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development.
  • Contribute to achieving annual new business targets for the team.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of pipeline on a regular basis.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Achieve compliance with relevant legislative requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Degree qualified in any discipline.
  • Tier 1 Broking Compliance qualification or willingness to work towards this.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, both individually and in small groups.
  • Excellent report writing and correspondence skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Team player with credibility and trust.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Desired experience using eGlobal, but not essential.
  • Quick learner and ability to take on additional duties when required.
