About the Opportunity

This leadership position is responsible for crafting innovative training strategies and plans to support the successful implementation of the Workday system.

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Group Manager - Workday and collaborate closely with business leaders across the organisation to capture their unique requirements and inform the training needed to embed the Workday solution.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience with the Workday platform, be able to model high-quality educational experiences, and demonstrate a strong understanding of people management processes and workflows.

About You
  • Substantial experience and in-depth understanding of the Workday platform
  • Ability to create engaging educational experiences including teaching, supervision and simulation training
  • Strong knowledge of people management processes, workflows, and best practices
  • Experience in designing and developing online learning modules and LMS functionality
