Job Overview

The Workday Functional Specialist is a key role within the organization, responsible for ensuring the effective configuration, implementation and administration of our Workday system. This involves working closely with various stakeholders to configure, implement and administer our Time & Attendance and Payroll systems, including integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and maintaining the Workday system to meet business requirements
  • Supporting colleagues to configure, implement and administer Time & Attendance and Payroll systems
  • Organizing regular Workday user group forums to ensure comprehensive business, functional user and IT engagement
  • Establishing a schedule to monitor, review and plan Workday feature releases and assessing impacts to related systems in coordination with P&C, Payroll and Information Technology

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • System configuration experience
  • Maturity to sensitively deal with highly confidential information and data
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and ultimately deliver in a busy environment
  • Experience using Excel to produce reports and analyze data
