**Are you up for the challenge?**:
As John Holland's Workday Lead you will lead the Workday Support Team, drive and support the deployment of feature releases and take overall ownership for the ongoing design, deployment and maintenance of Workday.

**About the Role**:

- Overall ownership for the ongoing design, deployment and maintenance of the Workday Finance system
- Strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery.
- Lead governance process, road mapping exercises and cross-functional resource planning.
- Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring business requirements are met.
- Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements.
- Lead the Workday support team ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects.
- Overall accountability for data governance, security and compliance.
- Support the integration between Workday, and the Operational Management System (OMS) and other legacy systems.

**About You**:
This position will require you to have a Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Finance, hold Workday Pro Certification and have significant experience supporting Workday configuration.

Previous team leadership experience within a large/complex organisation, demonstrating project planning, management, and risk monitoring & mitigation, is essential.

The ability to build and nurture relationships and utilise your excellent stakeholder management skills, mixed with your strong time management capabilities, will see you succeed in this role.
