About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Area Manager with a proven track record of leading high-volume retail operations in Cairns or Townsville. This opportunity offers a competitive base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, including superannuation, van, allowances, and tools of trade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee x 15 high-performing Regional Queensland stores
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and employee development
  • Maintain excellent communication with store teams, addressing any challenges or concerns promptly

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume retail leadership
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Ability to visualize merchandise and manage stock levels effectively
