Rare Area Management Opportunity

Frontline Retail Regional QLD & NT is seeking an experienced Retail Area Manager to oversee 15 high-performing Regional Queensland stores. This is a rare opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and drive sales growth in a high-volume retail environment.

About the Role:

As a Retail Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing store operations, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and customer service strategies. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing your team members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising and customer service strategies to drive sales growth
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume retail environment
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales performance and drive business growth
